About LeAnne

LeAnne Burch is a Proven Leader. Committed to God, Community and Country. Standing for Southeast Arkansas.

Rep. LeAnne Burch is serving her second term in the Arkansas House. She represents District 9 which includes portions of Drew and Ashley counties.
For the 92nd General Assembly, Rep. Burch serves on the Joint Performance Review Committee, the House Education Committee, and the House Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative & Military Affairs Committee.

Rep. Burch retired from the U.S. Army Reserve as a Brigadier General. She served in deployments to Bosnia and Afghanistan. During her 30 year career in the military she was awarded the Bronze Star, the Legion of Merit, and the Distinguished Service Medal.

Over an active duty and Army Reserve military career spanning 30 years, with service in places spanning from Germany to Texas, North Carolina to Louisiana, and Bosnia to Afghanistan, Retired Brigadier General LeAnne Burch has proven time and again her commitment to our nation.  As an attorney with the state of Arkansas working to improve the interests of children and families, she's proven her passion is with the people of Southeast Arkansas.  Now, she's putting her commitment passion and energy to work for us in the Arkansas House of Representatives.  

A lifelong resident of Southeast Arkansas, LeAnne is just as passionate about her community as she is about her country. From Monticello to Hamburg to Crossett and all areas in between, LeAnne will fight to grow our economy, support our families and build a future that allows all of our community to thrive.
